Fictional data, built-in Resumes template. Cost estimated at public prices. A value missing from the document stays empty: the AI doesn't guess.

From a pile of resumes to a spreadsheet, in three steps.

  1. 1 Gather the resumes

PDF or Word files, scans, photos, or the application emails themselves (.eml, .msg) with the resume attached: all of it is read.

  2. 2 Drop the folder

Pick the Resumes template: the columns are ready, and you can change them.

  3. 3 Export to Excel

One row per candidate, the same columns every time, ready to filter and share.

What's in your spreadsheet.

What's in your spreadsheet.
Full name The candidate's name, as written on the resume.
Current job title The latest position the resume lists.
Years of experience A number: total years, ready to filter.
Top skills Up to five, separated by commas.
City Where the candidate is based, when the resume says.
Email Left empty when the resume doesn't show one.

BatchAI Local doesn't rank, score or reject anyone: it puts what each resume says into a table. Reading and choosing stay with you.

Good to know before you start.

  • AI at cost

With your API key, about $0.33 per 1,000 pages (Claude Haiku 5.5), billed by your provider; or BatchAI Cloud, no key needed. Get an API key

  • Nothing is made up

A missing or unreadable value stays empty and flagged, never guessed.

  • Duplicate applications flagged

The same email on two resumes? The second one is flagged, from the Essential plan and during the trial.

  • Resumes are never stored

With your key, they go straight to the AI you choose; with BatchAI Cloud, our server in Frankfurt passes them on to Anthropic and only holds them in memory.

Your questions about resumes.

Why not just upload the resumes to ChatGPT or Claude?

Chat apps cap uploads: Gemini takes 10 files per message, Claude 20 per chat, ChatGPT Plus 80 every 3 hours (official help centers, checked October 31, 2026). Past that, you split the folder and stitch the replies together by hand. BatchAI Local sends each resume on its own, with no file limit per batch. Every limit, with its source.

Does it pick the applicants for me?

No. It reads each resume and fills the columns you chose. It never scores or rejects anyone: sorting the table and deciding who to call stay with you.

Which files can it read?

PDF and Word (.docx) resumes, scans and photos (JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF; HEIC on Mac only), and application emails (.eml, or .msg from Outlook) with their PDF, Word or text attachments. A photo or scan attached to an email isn't read: save it and add it as a separate file.

Can I add my own columns?

Yes. Add the columns you screen on, such as languages spoken, highest degree or notice period, and choose each one's type (text, number, date, yes/no) with a hint for the AI.

Where does candidate data go?

With your own API key, there's no BatchAI server in between: each resume goes from your computer to the provider you pick (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), under that provider's API terms. With BatchAI Cloud, resumes pass through our server in Frankfurt on their way to Anthropic, in memory only, and are never stored.

Do I need an API key to try it?

Not to see the app in action: the sample batch runs without a key. For your own resumes, connect your key in the app in a minute, or try BatchAI Cloud with no key (100 pages). How to get an API key.

How many resumes can I process at once?

There's no file limit per batch: a folder of 20 resumes or 2,000 is handled the same way, one file per request.

How much does it cost?

The trial is free for 3 days from your first batch, with no card and no account. After that, a lifetime license from $79, paid once, plus tax, with a 7-day money-back guarantee. With your API key, your provider bills the AI separately at its public prices: about $0.33 per 1,000 pages with Claude Haiku 5.5. See pricing.

Free 3-day trial with everything in Essential and no file limit. Then a lifetime license from $79 with your own API key, or BatchAI Cloud from $29/month with the AI included.
